All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

- Exceptions:

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if an item is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival

• Incorrect or not as described

- How to request an exception:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@aloalii.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your Order number and photos of the issue. 

• Approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

In the case of an exception we cover shipping to return if the item is defective or our mistake. 

- Handmade Note:

Our items are handmade and unique. Small variations are part of the charm and not considered

Defects.
